The Prophet Greater than Moses!
​​In Deuteronomy (D'varim) Moses told the Israelites that the Lord would raise up for you a prophet like Moses from among them, from their own people. They were and still are to pay attention to Him so who is he?

He was born into a Jewish Torah observant household

His parents were Yosef and Miriam, both Jewish names
-
He was born in Bethlehem also known at that time as the City of David the former King of Israel
-
His family history was known and He was a descendant of Abraham and David
-
He was given a Jewish name, Yeshua, meaning 'salvation'
-
His parents offered a sacrifice at the Temple in Jerusalem according to the commandment in the Torah
-
He was circumcised on the eighth day like all Jewish boys
-
From age 12 He attended the three pilgrim feasts of Passover, Shavuot and Sukkot each year in the Temple

He lived as a unique rabbi with Jewish disciples - talmidim
-
He taught in synagogues

He taught using various rabbinic teaching methods such as parables and hints
-
He upheld the Torah, the Prophets and the Writings of the Hebrew Bible which was His Bible
-
He wore tzitzits as commanded by the Torah
-
He made it clear to those who would accept it that He was the Messiah promised in the Torah, Prophets and Writings of the Hebrew Bible
-
He was born Jewish, He died Jewish and was crucified with a sign above His head saying 'The King of the Jews'
-
He will return to this earth in the future as the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, the Root of David.
